We would highly recommend Jeff Swanner for any contract work you might need. After purchasing a 100-year-old home in McKinney's historic district, we needed a variety of repairs and maintenance done and were able to rely on Jeff to take care of everything. He will be helping us with the rebuilding of a deck and some other big projects in the future. Jeff and Angie have been a blessing as we made our transition to a new home.

After our house flooded, we were told by other companies that we would need to replace the entire bottom floor rather than just the damaged wood because they would not be able to make it match. We were delighted to find how perfectly our new floors matched adjoining rooms and hallways. You can't even see the transition. Very hard to do with hand scraped wood floors. Saved us a lot of money too!

I would highly recommend Jeff and Angie for a remodeling project for your house. We built a house with a corporate builder on the golfcourse with a lake view. We didn't realize when we built how small the windows in our living room would be. We picked our lot because of the view, but the small windows inhibited us from being able to enjoy it. Jeff took out the 3 small windows and replaced it with 3 large, commercial grade windows with a silicone seam. He had an engineer come out to make sure the correct type of glass was used and that the integrity of our house wouldn't be compromised. He had electricians move our electrical and even added an outlet for us to install an electronic roller shade after the work was completed. The brick masons matched the exterior brick work perfectly. The finished product is fabulous and our view is incredible. It is the first thing people notice when they walk in our house. We cannot say enough good things about the Swanner's.The piece of mind you have when using them for a project of this level is priceless.
